The Ohio Association of Wholesaler-Distributors was incorporated in 1985 to do for wholesaler-distributors what can only be accomplished as a cohesive group of organizations. The mission of the organization is to make certain that the concerns of the wholesale and distributor industry are given adequate consideration by the Ohio General Assembly and agencies of state government. The OAWD promotes common business interests and general welfare of the wholesale industry in Oho. It seeks to improve the industry’s service to the public, to cooperate with government in advancing the public interest, and to improve the business climate in the state. In short, the OAWD seeks to maintain for its membership a favorable operating environment in Ohio.
