Shaan Carlson Woo is the Director of Business Services at the Ohio Council of Retail Merchants. Shaan manages membership information for the Council, which includes database management, invoicing, and membership services. Additionally, she serves as the point person for membership events, membership record retention, and other day-to-day operations of the Council office. Shaan also provides strategic support for the President and Executive Vice President.

Prior to working at the Council, Shaan worked in the Columbus fundraising office of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Shaan holds a B. S. in Human Resources Management from Franklin University.
